Its serial number is 152 and it has Clifford Essex Co  Grafton Street engraved on it.   It is a paragon 5 string.  It has its original case. I bought it from a friend of mine - his father in law owned it in the 30's and played it in one of the Bradford Banjo Bands - I have photos of him playing it in the band along with some other bits of information.

I used to play for a few months with a band that played Appalachian stuff but not now - sometimes I play in the local clubs accompanying my husband who plays auto harp, harmonica and sings.
